Song: Muhobat Ki Bas Itani Daataan Hai
Bahaaren (2), Chaar Din Ki Fir Khizaan Hai ...

        Film: Baradari (1955)
        Music: Nashad
        Lyrics: Khumar Barabanqvi
        Singer: Lata Mangeshkar, Mohammad Rafi
        *ing: Bharat Bhushan, ?

This song is lost today, due to another Rafi-Lata duet of this
film that became immensely popular. IMO, this song is musically
much better. It starts with following lines:

Sitaare Dub Chale, Raat Dhhalane Waali Hai
Chale Bhi Aavo Ke Shamma Buzane Waali
Hai (Lata)
Tumhe Kasam Hai Na Karanaa Judaai Ka Gam
Hawaaen Laakh Chale Shamma Jalane Waali
Hai (Rafi)

Opening of song is really good. Lata sings low, and Rafi high.
Song uses rabaab to good effect. Change of rhythm in antaraa
brings a good effect too.

Other duet I was referring to is 'Bhula Nahi Dena Ji Bhula Nahi
Dena, Zamaana Kharaab Hai'. Lata and Rafi are at their very best
here.
