This is #22 of a series based on the famous Vividh Bharathi radio program
"Chhaya Geet" in which songs based on a particular theme are played.

This series serves to corroborate the "Naushad fan postulate" which states
that for every REAL life situation, there exists atleast one REAL song which
can be sung in your IMAGINARY world ! :-) This series is also a small tribute
to my favourite Vividh Bharathi announcer and Chhaya Geet hostess Kanta Gupta.

CHHAYA GEET #22

TODAY'S SITUATION/THEME: There are times in your life when you want to get
away from the hassles of everyday life and contemplate regarding certain
things which remain unanswered. Sometimes you want to take a time-out from
this zaalim duniya, while at other times you just feel like being left alone
to float endlessly in the ocean of fantasy and philosophy. In short, you want
to go "Far from the madding crowd" and crave for solitude or a utopia in which
sorrow is unknown. Here are some songs which capture this situation.
