Thanks to Dileep Divekar, I now have a comprehensive list of *all* Naushad films and songs composed before 1991. The list is take from the Marathi book "Dastaan-e-Naushad" edited by Shashikaant Kineekar, published on Jan 18, 1991 by Chandrakalaa Prakaashan, Pune. It is a translation of an original book in Hindi (all info. obtained from Dileep). If anyone has the Hindi version, I'd be interested in getting a copy. Anyway, here's a chronological list of ALL 63 Naushad films until 1990.
