Hi RMIM-ers

Here is the next one in the series of RMIM-Jhim.
After having Rafi, Kishore and Duets special, we must
have a Lata the Melody Queen special. So here it is ...

	RMIM-Jhim - 6 ( Lata ki Pehchan)

This quiz is complied by JG, our fellow RMIMer, who cannot
post it directly on the Net. So I have been asked to post
it, and I am doing so with pleasure.

The quiz and the instructions follow my post.

I know the answers, so I won't be participating. But I can
tell you that all the songs are really nice, and the title
"Lata ki Pehchaan" is a fitting one.

I also think that the quiz is neither very difficult nor very
easy. Like other RMIM-Jhim's it's unlikely that anyone will get
all the songs. So even if you don't get "many", do send in your
answer. I hope that apart from the participants of all previous
RMIM-Jhims, we will see some new names this time too. Do attempt,
it's the participation which rewards the quiz compiler for the
painstaking effort.

		"Rmim"-Jhim Geeton Ki 6: Lata ki Pehchaan


This one is both a "Lata special" as well as an "old-is-gold" special.
The clues are not arranged in any form or order since ease and difficulty
is a very subjective measure. However, a few of the clues are marked
with an * indicating that they may require some effort to be traced
corrrectly. In addition, there are two tie-breakers for the
persevering mind!


HINTS: 

These are all solos by Lata Mangeshkar from the BLACK&WHITE movie era.
A few of these songs have a male version also. No two clues are from
the same song. From the previous RJ quizzes, it can be seen that even
rating the songs as "popular" or "well-known" is really dependent on
the quizmaker's point-of-view.  But that just adds another dimension
to the quizzes.  Having said that, this quizmaker is going to go ahead
and make a simliar claim (:-)) - hesitatingly though - that most or
all of the songs in this quiz are either Lata gems or were very
popular. Furthermore, if any of these clues seem too difficult, try
approaching them from the other end, i.e.  recollect golden hits of
Lata and match the clues!  (Hopefully, this isn't being too
optimistic!)                    

Regular Rmim-jhim quiz directions apply, viz.:

1. The clues given are extracted from Hindi songs and they may or may
   not be complete lines. Your task is to identify the song in which 
   the clue appears.
