When we talk about Dada Burmon,  ignoring  Kishor  Kumar  --  the
playback  singer  is  difficult,  especially in a Dev Anand film!
This one is my old favourite. A simple  marching  tune  for  some
excellent  lyrics. For good lyrics, wasn't simplicity of tune and
feather-light orchestra a hallmark of S D Burmon's compositions ?
Add  to  these  Kishor  Kumar's  splendid voice and his flawless,
youthful delivery! I suppose one doesn't  need  more  in  a  song
lasting 3 minutes and 15-20 seconds.
