Since I was in the middle of a Nargis series  when  Talat  passed
away,  I  thought  I'd transition into my Talat tribute with this
exquisite melody - a  recent discovery for me, and the sole  male
voice   in   this   Geeta-dominated   soundtrack.   The  song  is
consummately beautiful, and Talat's hauntingly soulful  rendition
makes  it stand out triumphantly amidst a sea of Geeta Roy tunes.
The way his voice vibrates at some of the lower notes  is  simply
captivating. Vintage Talat.
