"Rmim"-Jhim Geeton Ki or RJGK is a quiz in which the clues are lines
(may not be complete) from somewhere in the middle of a song, and all you have
to is guess the song. Eg: For the clue "Logon ko aatay hain do nazar hum magar
dekho to nahin...", the correct answer would be "Ye dosti hum nahin
chhoRengay...." from Sholay.
The first RJGK was posted on RMIM by Sami Mohammed on July 4, 1993. Since
then, many more quizzes have been conducted on the net by various RMIMers. The
second quiz in the series was conducted by Angela Singh. Abhay Avachat, who
compiled RJGK 3 had the great idea that each RJGK be set to a certain theme
and dedicated it to Mohammed Rafi. Since then, each RJGK has been set to a
particular theme. The list of the first 32 RJGKs is given below along with the
name of the RMIMer(s) who compiled the quiz. The rest of the quizzes can be
accessed through Satish Subramanian's RMIM page. A likn is provided at the end
of the list below.
Since I've been getting quite a few requests for the answers and results of
these quizzes, I decided to include them here as well. Give the quizzes a good
shot before looking up the ANSWERS AND
RESULTS (more pics here!!).
